EDGE|Work is a 9-month whole-person development program that leverages EDGE’s proven approach and curriculum through an immersive cohort experience led by professional advisors. Each cohort is made up of multiple groups of 5 to 7 emerging leaders who are placed with a trained advisor, often a professional executive coach. They meet virtually every other week to focus on whole person development by completing the curriculum co-created with Butler University.

EDGE|Work includes events and workshops to network with and learn from the expansive EDGE community. These experiences are planned regularly throughout the program to foster cross-community interactions. EDGE partners with world-class organizations such as Butler University, and Stanford Life Design Lab to ensure that our advisors and emerging leaders receive world-class training and support.
