StoneGate Arts & Education Center provides a home to Ivy Tech Community College, Oakland City University and Vincennes University, allowing local residents the opportunity to attend college classes in Lawrence County and obtain college degrees, enroll in personal enrichment classes, certifications or workforce development events.
StoneGate Arts & Education Center: The Heart & Future of the Region
Through collaborative partnerships with Ivy Tech, Oakland City University, and Vincennes University, StoneGate Arts & Education Center offers Lawrence County residents the opportunity to participate in the following job/professional training and degree work:
- Ivy Tech Community College partnership offers certifications and associate degrees in business, logistics and supply chain, public affairs and social services, information technology, arts, sciences, education, health sciences, nursing, advanced manufacturing, engineering, EMT, HVAC, LPN, Medical Assisting, Business Administration, IT and others.
- Oakland City University partnership offers associate of science degree in business administration; a bachelor of science in business administration, with concentrations in accounting, human resources or management; and a bachelor of applied science in operations management.
- Vincennes University partnership offers Clinical Medical Assisting Training Program, a Phlebotomy Program, a VU/General Motors Training class, an a Dental Assisting Program.
